Know what<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Sanjhi Soch Beauro \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Senior advocate Dushyant Dave explained on why he was absent from Supreme Court hearing on farm bill on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview to a news channel CNBC TV 18 on Tuesday evening, Dave said, \u201cI have repeatedly requested the SC to give a day time to seek instruction from the farmers union and CJI didn\u2019t react to that request at all yesterday. In fact, Mr. Salve supported my request to which also honorable chief justice didn\u2019t respond.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the bench rose after hearing on Monday, CJI told that we are going to pass the orders in the afternoon. There was no indication that he matter will be adjourned for Tuesday. Last night when the list came out, the matter were not shown for hearing today.
